Angela Giuffrida
Angela Giuffrida is a Leicester resident and mother of two students in the Leicester Public Schools. She brings over 17 years of experience working with children and families in the mental health field, collaborating closely with schools and therapeutic placements throughout Worcester County. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Anna Maria College and a Master of Social Work from Wheelock College.
Currently, Angela serves as a School Adjustment Counselor within Leicester Public Schools, where she works closely with students, families and staff to support student well-being and success. Angela is passionate about empowering students and values the collaborative work between schools, families, and the broader community. In addition to her professional work, she has volunteered providing home and community based respite services for children diagnosed with a variety of mental health and behavioral disorders. She has also served as a basketball and soccer coach.!
